Not the hotel by it self but the staf was terrible. we had a late arrival but the rooms were still not availibul at 20,30 IN THE EVENING!!!!!! The staf in the reception did not smile for a second. Not tu us and not to any of the other guest eather. The cleaning staf was very nice but the others rude and very much unlike what we are use to after maybe 50 hotel-stays in Thailand. We asked for a change and finally we got a better room. In general the hotel is very noisy , doors are slammed the all nigth, people talk loudly in the corridors any time. Difficult to sleep." |
