by Jo-Anne Smith Visit Date:March 21, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This is a resort of two halves. The location is beautiful, quiet and picturesque. However, while the accommodation is reasonably priced the mark-up on food and drink is obscene! I paid 147 baht for a lemon juice! They have cheap buffets but the food isn t great. However down the beach is a great little shack called Jasmin that does delicious food and dirt cheap!" |
by Yelena Visit Date:February 9, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "the hotel itself turned out to be much better than it d been described on the tripadvisor. Yes, you do have a feeling like the resort lacks good gardening . housekeeping is quite good and the toilet doesnt stink. Brekkie was not tasty. they have a tiny swimming pool if you are interested in it but it was clean as well. what I really loved was a small private beach as it was quiet and clean and amazingly good water in comparison with Phi Phi Island Village which often has a pretty low tide in the morning.you can hear what your neighbours are doing and saying if you are staying in the building so I had to get up early morning with my neighbours divers." |
by Li Visit Date:February 6, 2010 Room: Service: Location: "In my opinion the resort itself is very well kept. The deluexe room had an extremly great location near the ocean with majestic views of bamboo and mosquito islands. However there is a long walking distance between the room and the reception/leamtong beach. The room is very nice but a little bit old and not well kept for a 6500 bhat/night room. Breakfest and service were ok however the reception staff need to know better english." |
Thank you very much. Everything was very professional!, February 9, 2010 by VERA DANILOVA Visit Date:January 28, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The best location on this beach in my opinion. Vera nice private beach with sunbed and umbrellas on it. Very friendly stuff, clean and beautiful rooms (Standart room). Great terrace and swiminf pool with sea view. I like everything in this hotel!" |
by Thomas Germond Visit Date:December 31, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "nice hotel in general. We had the cheapest rooms, very far away from everything (reception, pool, beach). The rooms looked amazing on the pictures: not so good in reality (the bathrooms are very old: we did not have hot water, and no water at all on the last day), but very spacious, quiet, and confortable (except for the bathroom). The lady in the reception agreed to give us a villa for 30 min before check out on our last day so we could take a shower before leaving: they were not worth the price, as the balcony look old and the view on the sea is not as extraordinary as some other places in the island.the people working in the hotel very very very nice and helpfull for everything. We took all our meals (except breakfast as they are included) outside the hotel: and really enjoyed the gipsy village, with all the joyfull children playing on the beach, and the good and cheap food (buffet in the hotel looked awfull!)this hotel is really far from Tonsaï center, but we booked trough the hotel reception a 6 hour trip with a taxi-boat and loved it. It was also the opportunity to discover the gipsy village: maybe we wouldn t have done the move if we had stay some place else, and definitely we would have missed something.Ask for the place to watch the sunset as there are 5 min walk from the hotel and really great (not crowded, people don t know about it)" |
by Moran Visit Date:December 29, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Deluxe cottage standard is OK, but other than that the hotel is very lacking. Staff are friendly and try hard, but they are too few of them (that s the impressions anyway) and so the impression is a lack of service. Trying to get lunch is a mission as the hotel is more interested in the daily groups of Tours that unload their boats for lunch than the people staying in the hotel. The facilities ourside the room are poor, poor quality and withouth some attention will only contine to decline, even the newely renovated room sare already showing signs of being tierd ." |
by Mr Manish Bhutani Visit Date:December 17, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "i really really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, everything of the hotel is great, the view of the sea from the hotel is heaven." |

by Sonia Guadalupe Rivas Visit Date:December 2, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "I really liked this resort. Prices were reasonable. The resort is located at the end of a strip of beach and staff was really friendly and helpful. No wifi and internet available only in the lobby for 4 baht per minute. The only thing I didn t like was that we had to walk a bit to get to our room, but I loved how remote and quiet it was. We made the mistake of not communicating to the resort of when we were planning to arrive so there was no one to pick us up from the ferry site. We ended up getting jipped by the longboat guy and a shouting fight broke out between two longboat guys over our fare. We arrived in time to check into our room, change and quickly walk to the other side of the small island to see the beautiful sunset that we will cherish! The resort has their own longboats and tour packages. We took the 4 hour snorkeling that took us to three sites. One island was a reserve and had to pay to land. We were not told about the fee (200 baht) so we decided to just go to the next island. Our driver/longboat didn t understand English but we managed and he was pretty cool. The resort has 2 dinning options, seperate breakfast and lunch areas. The first night we had a fantastic buffet bbq dinner with the most amazing rice. I had the beef skewer and my honey had the bbqed squid. They had a lip-sinc show that was included in the price. You had the option to eat at other restaurants along the strip. I loved this beach area. It was not the heart of town, rather remote, but had a few other resorts so that we were not the only ones there. I would go back. Oh, this place had the easiest shower and great pressure. The tv was very small and had terrible reception, but we didn t really go there for tv,so that was not a problem." |
by Robert Sandberg Visit Date:October 25, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Perfect situated for those who (like ourselves) want some private beach in combination with really good snorkelling. We had a deluxe bungalow (no 102) in front of the beach with perfect snorkelling just 50-100 meter straight out in the sea (with anemones, clownfishes, moray eel etc). The breakfast and lunch buffet was OK but not very exciting. We had therefore all (three) dinners in other restaurants, one in Holiday Inn and two in Sawasdee. Room was good - OK standard in combination with perfect location and view. The location thing is really the unique selling point for Natural Resort since it is placed as the last resort up in the north corner . It is a perfect combination of the best location to a very good price and there are 3-4 other restaurants on the same beach, as an alternative to the food at the resort. Staff was really friendly but the English skills varied." |
by HEJIE Visit Date:August 6, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Good scenery. But Garden need to be improved. But they charge transportation boat fee from hotel to pier. So next time I will choose holiday inn." |
Very rapid feedbacks in weekdays, and very helpful. For sure to book again here when visit Thailand again., June 1, 2009 by Luding Mao Visit Date:May 29, 2009 "The room is clean anyway. Equipments in wash room is somehow lack of quality. Swimming pool is small but always no people visit it. Breakfast is simple but the bacon and yoghourt are delicious. Dining is a little bit expensive but nice. People there is helpful but their speaking English is not so good. Massage in the hotel is not recommanded." |
Great service, same standard as on previous occasions., April 15, 2009 by Lize Dawes Visit Date:April 11, 2009 "Stayed at the resort for 4 nights. The room we had was OK. The room was not particularly clean and there was a horrible smell in the bathroom. The staff were not very helpful when it came to activities or outings. The resort is overpriced with regards to the accommodation and the food on offer. The swimming pool is small and full of algae and in need of repairs or updating. I would only recommend this resort for a one night stay." |
