Everything about Kosa is really superlative for a person like myself, who prefers the general informality available at this hotel, compared with the larger & very much more stuffy environment of the Pullman hotel, where I had stayed. On every future visit to Khon Kaen, I ll stay at Kosa & recommend this hotel to any one who is averse to being surrounded by wealthy geriatrics who appear to predominate at the Pullman." |

Recommend Princess or Pullman, which I will stay from now on." |

The lobby is very attractive, and the large swimming pool is quite nice. The rooms are okay but some of the carpets have seen better days. Maid service is very slow (can take half the day to clean your room after placing sign on door). Also, breakfast is not very good here, there s a limited choice for westerners and food is usually cold (more so than other hotels)-often spent the morning on the toilet here after breakfast. Kosa is okay for a short stay, but for a few hundred baht extra the nearby Charoen Thani is far more superior." |

All the extras are charged at high prices and basic business facilities are missing. For me Internet connection is vital, the cost per day is nearly half of the price for the room and even that didn t work.
